"In this present crisis, government is not the solution to our problem; government is the problem."

Explanation
In moments of turmoil, piling on more rules, debt, and bureaucracy often deepens the mess. Top-down fixes can smother creativity, slow decisions, and reward the very mistakes that caused the crisis.
The point is to clear the path so people can solve problems: protect rights, keep taxes and rules stable, stop picking winners and losers, and let families, charities, and entrepreneurs move. Government should be a referee with a light whistle, not a player that grabs the ball and benches everyone else.
