Explanation

Thinking is not a tidy process. Real ideas clash and spark. If we only say what no one could possibly dislike, we stop asking hard questions, and our minds fall asleep. Honest inquiry will sometimes step on toes, not because we want to hurt people, but because truth tests our most precious beliefs.

Risk the discomfort. Be brave and kind: ask, challenge, listen, revise. Good faith debate sharpens us, reveals error, and builds trust. A free mind grows best in open air, not inside a padded room.
